It’s best to refrigerate or freeze meat immediately after purchase. For refrigeration, store it at 0°C to 4°C, and for freezing, make sure it’s well-wrapped to avoid freezer burn.
Fresh meat can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days (ground meat) and up to 3 days (whole cuts). If you plan to store it longer, freezing is recommended, where it can last up to 6 months.
The best way to thaw frozen meat is by placing it in the refrigerator, allowing it to defrost slowly and safely. This method takes several hours or overnight, depending on the size of the meat, but it ensures the meat stays at a safe temperature.
Our meats are vacuum-sealed to ensure freshness and extended shelf life.
